In the last 15 years, she held several management roles with a focus on changing mindsets, customer-centricity, and executing innovation, omnichannel, and digitalization initiatives.

I am passionate about my work as a transformation consultant and coach. I bring energy and a talent for connecting people. I thrive in diverse work environments, engaging with people from various roles and backgrounds, while maintaining my autonomy. I am results-oriented, with a strong focus on individuals, teams, and the organization as a whole. My extensive management and coaching experience, combined with self-reflection, enables me to quickly grasp the dynamics at play and chart a forward path.
